We had an incredible experience with Phoenix Safaris, who organized our entire trip to the Masai Mara , and everything ran perfectly from start to finish. They arranged for us to stay at the stunning Mara Siria Camp, a beautiful glamping lodge with breathtaking views and top-tier hospitality.A special shout-out to Richard, our driver and guide, who truly made the trip unforgettable. He was kind, attentive, and an absolutely excellent driver , navigating the Mara with ease and care. He patiently answered all of our questions about the wildlife and had such deep knowledge of the area and its animals. We felt safe, informed, and well taken care of the whole time.Thank you, Phoenix Safaris, for a smooth and unforgettable adventure. Highly recommended to anyone planning a trip to Kenya!
We had an incredibly great trip for three days with Phoenix Safaris from Nairobi to the Masai Mara. All the employees were super friendly and committed, everything was very professional, we always felt like we were in good hands. The accommodation was the Masai Siria Camp, which I can highly recommend to everyone. We will definitely book with you again!
01/29-02/13/25We, a group of 5, booked our Kenya vacation through Phoenix Safaris and had an incredibly wonderful time. From planning to implementation, great! The location of the city hotel was ideal for us, the safaris in the Masai Mara and Amboseli were well organized and the hotel on Tiwi Beach was just right for us.All transfers went smoothly. Our guides Jacob in the Mara and Richard in Amboseli put in a lot of effort and gave us many moments of happiness! Many thanks to Iris and Peter, who were available at any time and also fulfilled short-term requests, such as the balloon safari over the Mara.Gladly again at any time!
Every aspect worked as planned and the quality of the staff, vehicles, and support was top-notch. The safari was excvellent by every measure.
Christine was outstanding in putting together whatever we wanted.Highly recommend Phoenix Safaris.
Thank you to Fanny for her patience during countless back and forth e-mails. Her suggestions created a once in a lifetime experience for us.Richard Kosgei, our driver and guide (nickname "Eagle Eyes") could see things that we couldn't see with binoculars! He gave us a truly personalized, thoughtful experience. His 25 years of guiding, and knowledge of bird and animal behavior showed us, and gave us encounters we don't believe we would have seen otherwise. He showed great care throughout making sure every detail was attended to. And gave us maximum adventure. Thank you Richard for the trip of a lifetime!
Thanks, Phoenix Safaris, for working with Kibo Slopes to plan a great 6-day, 5-night Tanzanian safari trip that included Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. The guide and driver, Karim Laizer, was outstanding - very knowledgeable and skillful. The trip was top notch!
Booking our safaris with Phoenix was the perfect choice for us when we visited Kenya in March 2024. We spent three days in the Masai Mara and had an additional five-day safari in Amboseli and the Tsavo National Park. The communication with Fanny and the organisation of the trip was great, all of our wishes were considered and planned into our trip. Our Tour guide Richard, who guided us on both of our safaris, was amazing and one of the main reasons this trip was so awesome - thanks again! We can highly recommend to book a tour with Phoenix Safaris when thinking about visiting Kenya.
Organised by Phoenix Safaris we had three wonderful safari days in Amboseli nationa park in Kenya. Everything was very well planned and we had the chance to chose our lodge out of recommendations. Also, the company was very flexible regarding our pick up and drop off, the last we had at the border to Tanzania.I want to point out that we had a perfect time especially because of Jonathan, who was a wonderful driver and guide. We always felt safe and comfortable and his knowledge about flora and fauna as well as his empathy towards the guests is extraordinary. We hope to have the chance to go to another safari with him soon 🙂
